A claim is a statement expressing a customer’s dissatisfaction with a professional. A service request, request for information, clarification, or opinion does not constitute a claim. (source: ACPR)

Processing times:

An acknowledgment of receipt will be sent to you within 10 days, and you will receive a response within 60 days (except in cases of particular circumstances leading to a longer processing time, in which case we will keep you informed).

Further steps:

In case of dissatisfaction regarding the conclusion or execution of a contract, the Insured or Beneficiary may contact the Insurer through their usual contact person or the Customer Service at the address provided in the General Conditions, under the section CLAIMS – MEDIATION.

In accordance with regulations and as a member of PLANETE CSCA (French Insurance Brokerage Association), we have access to the services of an independent mediator. Learn more.
