- Illness (rendering the trip impossible), Accident, hospitalisation, including the aftermath, sequelae, complications or aggravation of an illness or accident of yourself, common law spouse, your ascendants or descendants (any degree), or the person accompanying him during his trip

- In the event of fire, explosion, water damage for material damage caused to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the rented premises, up to €2,500,000 – excess €80
- Recourse by neighbors and third parties, up to €500,000 – deductible €80
- In the event of accidental material damage caused to movable and immovable property belonging to the owner of the insured premises, up to €8,000 – excess €30, including glass breakage up to €2,500, (after extinction of the deposit)
- Damage to occupants’ property due to fire, explosion, or water damage in the rented premises, up to €14,245 – €30 excess.

Prices
The contribution depends on the cost of the rental, up to 9 occupants (designated in the rental contract), including the main insured person taking out the contract.
