AVA PASS PRO is a travel insurance solution specifically designed for French and European professionals undertaking trips ranging from a few days up to 12 months. This plan combines health and safety, offering comprehensive coverage up to the age of 70.

Policy Coverage

• Extensive Medical Coverage 

AVA PASS PRO covers medical expenses abroad at 100% of actual costs, up to €500,000 (and up to €1,000,000 for the United States or Canada), with a €30 deductible per claim. This coverage includes medical consultations, pharmaceutical costs, and emergency dental care up to €300. In case of hospitalization, expenses are directly covered, ensuring peace of mind during your business trips.

• Assistance and Repatriation

In emergencies, AVA PASS PRO provides full repatriation assistance, including medical evacuation for the insured and accompanying persons. If hospitalization occurs, a relative can be sent to the location with round-trip travel and accommodation costs covered. In case of the death of a close relative, early return is organized. The policy also covers repatriation of the insured in case of death, with funeral transport costs covered up to €2,300.

• Baggage and Travel Incident Protection

AVA PASS PRO covers theft, loss, or damage of baggage during the trip or during transport by a carrier, up to €4,000 per insured, with a €50 deductible. Valuable items are reimbursed up to 50% of the coverage amount. In case of baggage delay over 24 hours, compensation up to €600 is provided. Flight delays over 5 hours are also reimbursed up to €300, covering incurred expenses.

• Civil Liability and Personal Accident Insurance

The policy includes civil liability coverage for bodily injury up to €4,500,000 and material or consequential non-material damage up to €750,000, with a €150 deductible. In the event of accidental death or permanent disability exceeding 10%, a lump sum of €10,000 is paid to the insured or their beneficiaries.

• Special COVID-19 Coverage

AVA PASS PRO includes specific COVID-19 guarantees. Before departure, a teleconsultation is available to assess your health. If infected during travel, medical and repatriation costs are covered. If quarantine is required, accommodation costs are covered up to €150 per night, for a maximum of 14 nights. Additionally, a backup suitcase, a phone allowance, and psychological support are provided to facilitate this period.

Pricing

AVA PASS PRO rates vary depending on trip duration and destination. For example, for trips up to 15 days, rates start at €60 for EU and Schengen countries, and €93 for other destinations. For trips up to 184 days, rates are €399 and €638 respectively. Trips including the United States or Canada are subject to specific rates, starting at €183 for 15 days and reaching €1,005 for 184 days.

AVA PASS PRO is available to residents of many European countries, including mainland France, DROM and CTOM, Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, and more. Insured persons must be under 70 years old at the time of subscription. Coverage is valid for professional travel worldwide, providing comprehensive protection regardless of your mission location.
