REPATRIATION - ASSISTANCE

  • Repatriation by the assistance centers
  • Taking charge of a return ticket and living expenses for a relative, in case of hospitalization of the insured
  • Provision of the insured with a return ticket, in the event of the death of a close relative
  • Return accompanied by children
  • Repatriation of the body in case of death
  • Expenses of a lawyer up to 3,000 €
  • Advance of the criminal guarantee up to 7,500 €

    • Search and rescue costs up to 4,000 €

MEDICAL EXPENSES ABROAD

  • Coverage on 1st euro or reimbursement up to 100% of actual costs without deductible
    • Direct payment in case of hospitalization. In the event of hospitalization, obligatory call to the assistance platform
    • On the return of the insured and without intervention of the Social Security for the other expenses of health (doctor, pharmacy)

    Maximum per evenement : 500.000 €
    Reimbursement for emergency dental treatment : actual expenses up to €250

CIVIL LIABILITY ABROAD

  • Financial consequences of the insured’s civil liability in case of :
    • Bodily injury up to 4.500.000 €
    • Material damage up to 450.000 €

  • Advance of funds up to €500, in case of loss or theft of means of payment, passport, etc.

  • Extension of search and rescue fees, up to 25.000 €, in case of following sport practice :
    • trek,
    • alpinism,
    • speleology,
    • off-piste skiing,
    • downhill mountain biking,
    • scuba diving (up to and including level 3, defined by the FFESSMM).

  • Exclusion buyback, except under the CIVIL LIABILITY ABROAD guarantee where the exclusion is maintained, for the practice of the dangerous sports below :
    • gliding
    • Paragliding
    • Parachuting
    • kite-surf
    • deltaplane

  • Extension of guarantees to the practice of a sport on a recurring basis (from 3 sessions per week) as part of a sports course, a university stay, including on an amateur basis

  • search and rescue fees including off-piste skiing
  • Rembursements of lift fees and lessons in case of accident
  • Damage on ski
  • Stay interruption

INDIVIDUAL ACCIDENT

  • Payment of a capital of 50.000 € to 150.000 €, in case of :
    • accidental death
    • invalidity deductible after accident above 30%

LUGGAGES

  • up to 1,500 € or 2,000 € per insured in case of :
    • theft or damage to luggage during stay
    • Loss, theft or damage to luggage when transported by a transport company

    Deductible 30 €
    Valuable objects : refund cap limited up to 50% of the amount of guarantee
